Emergency responders depend on effective communication to save lives and maintain peace within our communities. But in today’s world of technology, communication has become much more complex than simply dialing 9-1-1.
This week we’re speaking with Major Jeff Cline of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office in Ohio to explain why capturing all types of communication – including voice, text, photo, and video – is essential to get to people who need immediate assistance. With the help of Frontier’s Next Generation E911 system, Major Cline has bolstered his department’s emergency response capabilities and efficiency.
