SmartVoice requires a qualifying Frontier Fiber for Business Internet connection. Domestic long-distance minutes exclude 900, international, directory assistance and dial-up calls. Usage restrictions may apply. Your Frontier SmartVoice service, including 911 service, will not function without electrical or battery backup power. Equipment fees, taxes, governmental surcharges and fees, and other applicable charges are extra.
Customer must have Frontier Internet or Frontier Fiber Internet. Backup Service is subject to wireless network availability and available for failover situations only. Speeds vary, are not guaranteed and may be affected when using Frontier Internet Backup. Backup service intended for business use only. Backup service may not support all social networking, or video streaming sites/apps during a failover event. Service does not support single or multiple Static IP addresses. Installation fee may apply. One (1) Battery backup included and provides up to 8 hours of power. Additional battery backup may be purchased separately. LTE router, Universal Power Supply (UPS) and modem provided by Frontier remains property of Frontier and must be returned to Frontier upon termination of service to avoid additional charges.
